1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at www.authorizerepaircenter.com (the "Site"), scheduling a service appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Services Description

AuthorizeRepairCenter provides expert repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for major home appliances, including but not limited to washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and ovens. Our services are performed by trained technicians.

  • Diagnosis: We charge a standard diagnostic fee, which is applied toward the total repair cost if you authorize and proceed with the repair with us.
  • Quotes & Estimates: We provide repair cost estimates based on the initial description. The final price may change if additional issues are found during the diagnostic.
  • Parts: We use high-quality replacement parts. Warranty terms for parts will be provided at the time of service.

3. User Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient service call, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the appliance make, model, and issue.
  • Ensure safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the appliance for our technician.
  • Have an adult (18 years or older) present at the service location for the duration of the appointment.
  • Secure any pets for the safety of all parties.
  • Assume responsibility for any personal items or data that may be affected by the service.

4. Fees, Payment, and Warranty

  • Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other standard payment methods.
  • Service Warranty: We provide 30 day warranty on labor for repairs we complete. Parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Our warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by another party after our service or is subjected to misuse.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 3 Hours hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

AuthorizeRepairCenter exercises due care in performing services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any claims related to our service is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as water damage, property damage, or food spoilage resulting from an appliance failure, either before, during, or after our service).
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the express warranty stated in Section 4.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or inherent defects in the appliance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bagmati, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
